How it works

The connection runs through Meta’s official sign-up flow (Embedded Signup). You are the one who logs in and approves, and you are the one who can disconnect.

  1. We agree on the service

We hear what customers usually ask you, prepare the replies from your data, and send you a written quote.

  2. You open the connect link

We send you the link to the connect page. You press “Connect”, Facebook’s official window opens, and you log in and choose your business and WhatsApp Business account.

  3. You scan a QR code

In the WhatsApp Business app on your phone you scan the code shown. From then on the number works in the app and on the platform together, and we test the replies with you before going live.

What you need first

  • The business phone with the WhatsApp Business app updated to the latest version
  • A Facebook account you can log in to, ideally the business owner’s
  • A payment method you add in WhatsApp Manager for Meta’s message fees

Common questions

Will I lose my chats or contacts?

No. The app stays on your phone with the same chats, and we work alongside it on the same number.

Can I still reply myself from the phone?

Yes. Anything you send from your phone reaches the customer as usual and stops the auto-reply in that chat.

What does not work while connected?

According to Meta, groups, calls and broadcast lists are not part of the platform; they keep working in the app only.

Can you see my Facebook password?

No. You log in inside Facebook’s own window; what reaches us is only the WhatsApp Business account and phone number identifiers.

How do I disconnect?

From the WhatsApp Business app’s settings on your phone, or by removing our app from your business settings at Meta. If you then want your data deleted, see the data deletion page.

Is there a risk my number gets banned?

Connecting is an official Meta feature and carries no risk in itself. What affects a number is message quality: if many people block or report it, Meta restricts it. That is why we only message people who wrote to you or agreed to hear from you, and stop anyone who asks. See the acceptable use policy.

Who pays for the messages?

Meta charges for some messages sent through the platform and bills the payment method you add in WhatsApp Manager, at its official rates. Details are on the pricing page.
