Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you messaged a business we serve

1. Email btmk.fm@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the WhatsApp number you used and the name of the business you wrote to.

We delete your phone number, profile name, messages and conversation history held by us for that business. You can also ask the business itself. Messages already delivered to the business’s own phone stay in its WhatsApp app, which we do not control.

If you connected your business with Facebook

1. Disconnect the number in the WhatsApp Business app on your phone, or tell us and we will stop using it.
2. Remove our app from Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, then remove our app. You can also remove it in Meta Business Suite under your business settings.
3. Email btmk.fm@gmail.com from the address you used with us, asking us to delete your business data.

We delete the account and phone number identifiers, conversation history, message logs and contact details we hold for your business.

What we keep

Invoices and message counts needed for accounting are kept as long as the law requires, without the content of any message.
