There are three things you pay for, each clear from the start. The price depends on the size of your business and how many numbers you connect, and we send it to you in writing before you start.
One time
Setup
We organise your data, prepare the replies, get your message templates approved by Meta, and test with you on your number before going live.
Monthly
Subscription
Running and day-to-day monitoring, updating the replies when your data changes, and the monthly report. You can stop any month with 30 days’ notice.
What you do not pay for
- Messages you send from the WhatsApp Business app on your phone stay free, as they are today
- There are no hidden per-reply charges from us
- If you stop the service, your data is returned to you and deleted on our side
